By Making your Initial Non-Refundable Deposit Payment to Aires Designs, LLC doing business as Destination Brilliance (dba), You Are Authorizing That You Fully Understand and Agree To The Terms and Conditions Outlined on This Page.

Deposits and Payments: All payments can be made by check, money order, cashier’s check and credit cards. Please email the email address provided if paying with options other than a credit card. When paying online or through the mail you will receive a receipt through email with your new balance and any other important information. You may also contact Aires Designs, LLC to inquire about your balance. Late Fee and Cancellation Policy can be Found Below - All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. The policies below are for ALL trips sponsored or hosted by Aires Designs, LLC unless otherwise stated in writing. Aires Designs, LLC has the right to change these policies if provided in writing.

Late Fees: If full payment is not made to Aires Designs, LLC by midnight of the advertised deadline date there will be a $100 dollar Late Fee. This fee will be added to your current balance due after midnight after the advertised deadline of your travel package. Travelers will not be considered “Paid in Full” until balance and late fee charges are made to Aires Designs, LLC. If arrangements or payment is not made reservation will be subject to cancellation without refund.

Cancellation and Refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. All cancellations and request for refunds or credits must be made in writing (email). Cancellations mean that future payments will be stopped but no payments already paid will be refunded. In the event of cancellation or postponement of a certain event, Aires Designs, LLC shall not be responsible for accommodations or transportation beyond the schedule date of the certain event. Aires Designs, LLC is not responsible for any purchases of travel arrangements not made by Aires Designs, LLC. Any loss of deposit or payment due to a reduction in room or group size is not transferable to the balance of the room or group. Aires Designs, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservations and will remit a full refund to the canceled party, if cancelled prior to the travel dates.
Emergency Cancellation Policy: Emergency related written/email requests will be considered at the discretion of Aires Designs, LLC. No refund is guaranteed.
Aircraft, Flight Changes and Delays: Participant(s) are subject to the ticket terms, baggage fees and tariffs of the airlines, which, when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the participant. Aires Designs, LLC is not responsible for flight delays, flight time changes and cancellations of flights.
Decorum: Any participant that is a threat to other participants' safety, involved in any physical altercation, or involved in illegal drug activity on accommodation premises (or in shared transportation) will be immediately removed from the trip without a refund. Participant agrees to release Aires Designs, LLC of any liability for disagreement, disputes, or altercations. Note: Authorities will be called if and when necessary on the trip.
Package Price: Includes only items specifically stated in Aires Designs, LLC current literature, the contents of which are specifically made a part thereof. Certain secondary features of a package (e.g., souvenir, parties, events, etc.) are based on supplier policy and may be changed, added or deleted after printing of literature. Operator has the right to substitute services or accommodations in similar categories for items listed in the literature.

PLEASE NOTE: Aires Designs, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice participant(s) in case of an error made in computing tour price.
Media Release: By submitting your Registration and Payment to Aires Designs, LLC you consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Aires Designs, LLC of any and all tasteful photography and/or videography that has been taken of you during the trip for marketing purposes, without compensation.
Insurance: Separate purchase of trip cancellation, health, accident and luggage insurance is recommended. These items are not included.
Disclaimers: By submitting your Registration and Payment to Aires Designs, LLC you are authorizing that you fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions Outlined on this page. Prices quoted and listed reflect current prices at the time of advertisement and may increase without notice. Aires Designs, LLC shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers or travelers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. In the event of any litigation between the traveler and Aires Designs, LLC, Aires Designs, LLC shall be entitled to its attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses. Aires Designs, LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler, this also includes in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Any Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.
